This website is offered as a place to find information on Alternative  Health Strategies, including health information, recommended books,  links to other sites, and is a place for my blog on Alternative  Health matters.

Currently, this website offers an extensive review of ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig's disease or Motor Neuron Disease) with emphasis on  Alternative Modalities that might be of interest to the person with this diagnosis. 

Another topic that I have spent years researching is Melorheostosis of Leri -  also known by the term "flowing bones".  My research for this topic was done by experimenting on myself.  I can not claim that anything I have found helpful for this problem will work for anyone else.  My current level of health is very high and I am not suffering any symptoms from Melorheostosis.  I do think that anyone with this diagnosis should try some of these ideas to determine if similar relief would be provided for them.
